The organizational structure of Bellevue ONG is established as follows: the General Assembly (GA), the Bureau of the Board of Directors (BD) and the Supervisory Board (SB).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f2ed74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3f2ed74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. The general Assembly<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b32daf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b32daf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The General Assembly is the supreme body of the organization. It is made up of all the members of the organization, convened and brought together for this purpose. It meets in ordinary session at least once (1) a year when convened by the President. It may be convened in extraordinary session by the Board of Directors or at the request of at least 2\/3 of the members of the Board of Directors if the circumstances so require.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cacd1cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cacd1cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Board of directors<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56dfdd3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56dfdd3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Bellevue NGO<\/strong> is managed by the Bureau of the Board of Directors whose members are elected by secret ballot by the General Assembly for a renewable term of five (5) years. The exercise of this function is incompatible with that of the functions of member of the Supervisory Board of the organization. The Board of Directors is composed as follows:<\/p><ul><li>A President,<\/li><li>A General Secretary,<\/li><li>A General Treasurer.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1dc33be8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1dc33be8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. The Supervisory Board<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b4f39f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b4f39f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Supervisory Board is made up of two (2) members, elected by the General Assembly.<\/p><p>The Supervisory Board is composed as follows:<\/p><ul><li>A President,<\/li><li>A Secretary.<\/li><\/ul><p>The Supervisory Board is in charge of the supervision, the regularity of the activities of the association and the control of the management.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31a7a8a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"31a7a8a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. The Executive Office<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27332279 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"27332279\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Executive Bureau is made up of three members: The Executive Director, an Administrative and Financial Services Officer and then a Program Officer.<\/p><p><strong>The Executive Director<\/strong> is the technical expert of the organization. The Executive Director is responsible for the staff of all of the association&#8217;s executive office.<\/p><p><strong>The Administrative and Financial Affairs Officer<\/strong> is responsible for monitoring the association&#8217;s budget.
