La structure organisationnelle de Bellevue ONG est \u00e9tablie comme suit : l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale (AG), le bureau du Conseil d\u2019Administration (CA) et le Conseil de surveillance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f2ed74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3f2ed74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. L'Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b32daf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b32daf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale est l\u2019instance supr\u00eame de l\u2019organisation. Elle est constitu\u00e9e de l\u2019ensemble des membres de l\u2019organisation, convoqu\u00e9s et r\u00e9unis \u00e0 cet effet. Elle se r\u00e9unit en session ordinaire au moins une (1) fois par an sur convocation de la\u00a0 Pr\u00e9sidente. Elle peut \u00eatre convoqu\u00e9e en session extraordinaire par le Conseil d\u2019administration ou \u00e0 la demande d\u2019au moins 2\/3 des membres du Conseil d\u2019Administration si les circonstances l\u2019exigent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cacd1cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cacd1cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Le Conseil d'Administration<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56dfdd3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56dfdd3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Bellevue ONG<\/strong> est dirig\u00e9e par le Bureau du Conseil d\u2019Administration dont les membres sont \u00e9lues au bulletin secret par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour un mandat de cinq (5) ans renouvelables. \u00a0L\u2019exercice de cette fonction est incompatible avec celui des fonctions de membre du Conseil de Surveillance de l\u2019organisation. Le Bureau du Conseil d\u2019Administration est compos\u00e9 comme suit\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Une Pr\u00e9sidente,<\/li><li>Une Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9rale,<\/li><li>Une Tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re G\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1dc33be8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1dc33be8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Le Conseil de Surveillance est compos\u00e9 comme suit\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Une Pr\u00e9sidente,<\/li><li>Une Secr\u00e9taire.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le conseil de surveillance est charg\u00e9 de la surveillance, de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019association et du contr\u00f4le de la gestion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31a7a8a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"31a7a8a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Le Bureau Ex\u00e9cutif<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27332279 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"27332279\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le Bureau Ex\u00e9cutif se compose de trois membres\u00a0: la Directrice Ex\u00e9cutive, une Charg\u00e9 (e) de Services Administratifs et financiers puis une Charg\u00e9e de Programmes.<\/p><p><strong>La Directrice ex\u00e9cutive est la responsable technique de l\u2019ONG. <\/strong>Elle a sous sa responsabilit\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble du personnel de la direction ex\u00e9cutive de l\u2019association.<\/p><p><strong>La Charg\u00e9e des Affaires Administratives et Financi\u00e8res<\/strong> s\u2019occupe du suivi budg\u00e9taire de l\u2019association. Elle pr\u00e9pare les documents administratifs de l\u2019association.<\/p><p><strong>La Charg\u00e9e des Programmes<\/strong> est responsable de la mise en \u0153uvre du programme, de la r\u00e9daction des projets et de la promotion de l\u2019association.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-column
